The Soundwave order is a pre-order. You can purchasean extended warranty within 30 days after receiving the order. After purchasing the extended warranty, fill cut the product registration on our official website. Then, send an email to our support email address. In thee email, inform us of your registered machine's serial number (SN), your registration email, and the extended warranty you purchased. We will reply to you with a confirmation.
