All orders are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.

Shipping Fee

We may collect taxes on your purchases as required by law. We may also charge shipping fees on your purchases.

robosen.com is not responsible for any customs, brokerage fees, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Customers outside of the US are responsible for duty taxes and shipment fees (shipping, brokerage, etc.).

Robosen typically does not ship internationally. Please contact us at support@robosen.com for inquiries.

Shipping Notice

If the order has been shipped out, unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the product is in transit.

If the order has not been shipped, please contact Robosen Support to update your address.

When you place an order, please be sure to provide the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.

Robosen assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:

  • Delay in delivery due to personal reasons of the consignees, such as providing incorrect contact information, rejection of packages, etc.
  • Delay in delivery due to force majeure events such as changes in postal administration policy, war, extremely abnormal weather conditions, etc.
  • The consignee's address is in an area inaccessible to couriers.
  • Deliveries in remote areas may be delayed by 1-2 days.

If the package you received is damaged or deformed, please refuse to sign for it and contact Robosen Support.
