Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for products without defects and a 30-day return policy for products with defects or issues, starting from the day you receive your item.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging, components, accessories, and documents. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@robosen.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the designated Robosen Service Center.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For replacement, please reach out to us within 30 days if the product is damaged in transit, does not match the original description, or has performance issues.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for items without all original accessories or those damaged by improper use, unauthorized modification, or environmental factors. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@robosen.com.

Non-Return & Non-Replacement Conditions

  • Request exceeds the return/replacement timeframe.
  • No valid proof of purchase provided, or proof is suspected to be forged.
  • Products are missing original accessories or are damaged due to man-made reasons.
  • No defects found after inspection.
  • Damage due to unauthorized use, modification, or improper operation.
  • Labels or serial numbers tampered with or altered.
  • Damage due to external factors like fire or flood.
  • Product not returned within 14 days after return/replacement confirmation.
  • No damage proof issued by the carrier for transit damage.
  • Self-repair without official guidance.
  • Improper storage conditions causing damage.
  • Artificial damage caused by improper storage.
