The base is as described. You guys knocked it out of the park as far packaging goes.

The base looks good but other than that there are obvious flaws and limitations.

The robot does not stay connected to the base for long and the ai doesn’t work. When the robot shuts down it often just falls forward and hangs there. Anytime I ask ai to do anything it references the skills that are not always available on the screen even though it’s connected to the robot.

I should have read all other negative reviews because they are all spot-on with my experience. This is an over-priced charger and that’s all you’re getting for your money.

Doesn't work like it supposed to. None of the voices commands work (Alexa and native). It's very expensive for just a stand.

Doesn't work at all. No Alexa or native AI works. Tried different ways but no answer for voice commands. I don't recommend it. It's very expensive for a optimus prime stand only.

Looks amazing and the girls voice inside is wonderful, but man oh man what a terrible set of directions, a terrible UI app and many of the features just don’t work whatsoever and the fact that you can’t do anything unless you have everything attached like even if you wanted to use it just as an Alexa to play music you can’t unless you have a robot and the giant arm and everything attached. for this to work for people it is going to need a complete overhaul. I really feel like I wasted a lot of money on this item to be honest
