3) Extra Discounts & Stacking
Automatic extra tiered discounts apply at checkout based on the
merchandise subtotal (pre-tax, pre-shipping) Flagship Series excluded.

Additional notes:
a. Flagship Series products (Grimlock, Optimus Prime, Megatron,
Bumblebee) are excluded from tiered stacking discounts. All other
robots are eligible.
b. Unless explicitly stated, other coupon codes (e.g.,
member/referral/special codes) cannot be stacked with this Promotion.
c. Discounts apply only during the Promotional Period and while
supplies last.
d. Robosen may modify or end promotional offers at any time.
4) Shipping
a. Free shipping applies to selected products (Flagship & other
eligible robots); Mini series may not qualify.
b. Orders to AK, HI, PR, and other territories are excluded and may
incur additional fees.
c. Delivery times vary by location, inventory, and pre-order status.
5) Pre-Order Items
a. Some products are pre-orders; estimated delivery timelines are
listed on the respective product pages.
b. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship
separately.
c. Actual delivery may vary due to production or logistics changes.
6) Price Guarantee (30 Days)
a. Products listed on the event page are covered by our 30-day price
guarantee. If you find a lower price on our website within 30 days of
your purchase, contact our customer service for a price adjustment.
Valid from November 20 - December 2.
b. To request an adjustment, contact support@robosen.com during the
Promotion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after
eligibility verification.
c. If an order included a free gift, any adjustment may consider the
gift's value.
7) Installment Payments
a. Installment options (e.g., Shop Pay Installments) may be available
to eligible U.S. customers.
b. Final eligibility, terms, and any financing disclosures are as
shown on the checkout page.
c. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, installment orders remain
eligible for the Promotion's discounts and Spin coupons.
8) Returns & Refunds (14/30 Days)
a. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in
original packaging with all accessories. Products with defects or
issues are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of
receipt.
b. Discounted/promotional items follow the same return window and
conditions.
c. If a qualifying product is returned, associated gifts must also be
returned; otherwise, the gift's value may be deducted from the refund.
d. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
e. To initiate a return, contact support@robosen.com. Approved refunds
may take up to 10 business days to process after receipt.
9) Membership & Privacy
a. Register as a member to earn reward points on all purchases during
the event. Points can be redeemed for future purchases and benefits.
Members will also receive an exclusive Black Friday surprise offer
revealed on Nov. 28 (PST).
b. Personal data is handled per the Robosen Privacy Policy.
10) Limitations, Errors & Fraud Prevention
a. All offers are valid only on us.robosen.com and cannot be combined
with third-party marketplace promotions or affiliate-exclusive offers.
b. Robosen may limit, cancel, or reject any order that appears to
violate these Terms, applicable laws, or fair-use policies (e.g., bulk
purchasing, multiple accounts, technical abuse).
c. Robosen is not responsible for delays or issues outside its control
(e.g., network failures, carrier delays, force majeure).
d. In the event of pricing/typographical errors, Robosen may cancel
orders or correct errors.
11) Governing Terms & Final Interpretation
a. These Terms supplement Robosen's standard Purchase Agreement,
Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy.
b. Robosen reserves the right of final interpretation of this
Promotion and may amend these Terms at any time as permitted by law.
