a. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all accessories. Products with defects or issues are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of receipt.
b. Discounted/promotional items follow the same return window and conditions.
c. If a qualifying product is returned, associated gifts must also be returned; otherwise, the gift's value may be deducted from the refund.
d. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
