Featured by Elon Musk on Twitter/X! Megatron, the leader of the Decepticons, has captured the world’s attention after going viral on social media. Known for his iconic presence in the Transformers universe (including G1), Megatron has earned a massive fan base despite being a villain. Here's why he’s the ultimate collectible robot.
Megatron: A Cunning and Ruthless Leader
In the G1 series in 1984, Megatron was depicted as a power-hungry manipulator with ambitions to conquer the universe. While he is strong and aggressive, he is also known for relying on strategy and intelligence before resorting to force. His cunning and ruthless nature is balanced by his ability to trust and empower those who prove their loyalty. His determination to conquer the universe has made him an enduring icon for fans of the Transformers franchise.
To honor his legacy, Robosen has brought Megatron to life with incredible attention to detail. The design blends beauty and authenticity to meet official standards, and over 250 original lines have been recorded by Frank Welker, Megatron's original voice actor, to evoke nostalgia from 40 years ago.
Pioneering Human-Tank Conversion Technology
Like other products in Robosen's G1 series, Megatron features fully automatic transformation, switching seamlessly between tank and robot modes. After three years of development, our technical team has perfected the full automatic conversion process, showcasing Megatron's dominance as the would-be universal conqueror.
Stunning Lighting Effects
Megatron is equipped with 112 LED beads distributed across 22 points on his legs, feet, and tank body. These lighting effects emphasize his powerful and domineering image, whether in robot or tank mode.
The five-section light-up power indicator in the belly area is another standout feature. When charging, the battery status is clearly displayed with lit, flashing, or unlit lights, offering both practicality and a futuristic aesthetic.
Advanced Embedded Track Technology
Megatron's tank form integrates tracks that are stored in his lower legs after transformation. These tracks ensure perfect balance and allow full-function movement in tank mode.
With four independently powered tracks, Megatron can move forward, backward, turn in place, and even pull items. The maximum load capacity is an impressive 20kg, enabling him to pull 10 Flagship Optimus Prime robots at once. (Note: Continuous pulling at maximum capacity may cause servo damage.)
40th Anniversary Special Edition
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Transformers G1 series, this limited edition Megatron includes a commemorative coin, adding significant value for collectors. Additionally, 40 signed Special Edition units by Frank Welker are randomly included in the global inventory. Will you be the lucky one to own a piece of Transformers history?
Why Is Everyone Talking About Megatron?
Megatron recently went viral after being featured in a tweet by Elon Musk, where he praised the future of robotics. With only 95 units left worldwide, this is your last chance to own a legendary robot that’s capturing the world’s attention.
