1. Unable to wake up or control the robot by using voice commands.
Ensure that the robot is in an environment without a lot of sound interference.Use preset voice commands to wake up or control the robot. For details, please refer to the voice command table in APP or instruction manual.
2. Robots fall or get stuck when they walk or do certain actions.
Be sure to use the robot on a smooth surface with low friction.
3. The robot can not be turned on.
Ensure that the robot is fully charged. Press and hold the power button until the robot says, “Hiya friend, bumblebee here”
4. The robot can not charge.
Make sure to charge with the original charger. The charging indicator light on the top of the Bumblebee is yellow, indicating that the robot is fully charged.
5. The APP can not find the robot.
Ensure that the robot is powered on and not connected by other devices.Make sure the bluetooth is enabled on your phone or other devices and all permissions required by your APP are allowed.
6. Charging time and operating time of the robot.
The charging time is about 120 minutes, and the usage time is 60 minutes.
7. The robot reports that one of the joints is stuck.
Please restart the robot first,and ensure that the robot is used on a smooth surface with low friction and is not blocked by obstacles.
8. The robot reports that one of the joint cables is disconnected.
Please restart the robot first. If it still cannot work after several restarts, please contact the after-sales service for help.
9. The robot has no sound.
Connect the APP to check whether the volume of the robot is reduced.
10. The function of Bluetooth button on robots.
After the APP is connected to the robot, clicking this button can disconnect the robot from the APP.
