Ensure that the robot is in an environment without a lot of sound interference; Use preset voice commands to wake up or control the robot. For details, please refer to the voice command table in APP or instruction manual.

Be sure to use the robot on a smooth surface with low friction.

Ensure that the robot is fully charged; Press and hold the power button until the robot says, “Hello Humanity.”

Make sure to use the original charger to charge. The light on top of the robot flashes when it's charging and lights up when it's fully charged.

Ensure that the robot is powered on and not connected by other mobile phones; Make sure the bluetooth is enabled on your phone or other devices and all permissions required by your APP are allowed.

The charging time and using time of the robot is about 90 minutes.

Please restart the robot first,and ensure that the robot is used on a smooth surface with low friction and is not blocked by obstacles.

Connect the APP to check whether the volume of the robot is reduced.
