ROBOSEN USA Warranty Policy and Procedure

ROBOSEN is internationally recognized as a leader of AI robot-based toy solutions. ROBOSEN continuously strives to bring top-tier quality, reliability, performance, and value-for-your-money. With the purchase of any new ROBOSEN product, ROBOSEN offers a standard warranty to empower customers with the knowledge that their investment is protected.

ROBOSEN USA offers a 1-year STANDARD WARRANTY on ROBOSEN flagship robots, a 1-year STANDARD WARRANTY on ROBOSEN Elite robots, and a 1-year STANDARD WARRANTY on performance robots.

To qualify, simply register your ROBOSEN qualifying robots within 90 days from the date of purchase, and your warranty will be automatically upgraded. To make sure your robot qualifies for the extended warranty, please check the model number of your product in the table below.

ROBOSEN USA reserves the right to terminate this offer of extended warranty any time without prior notice.

This Warranty is for ROBOSEN products purchased in the Continental United States only. For Products purchased in Canada, we may only cover one-way shipment from the US to certain providences in Canada. The customer is responsible for all associate costs to ship to Robosen.

Terms and Conditions

This warranty applies to ROBOSEN AI robots products, (collectively, “Product”), which are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship in the warranty period. Defects that occur within the warranty period, under normal use, will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of ROBOSEN USA (“the Company”), without charge for parts or labor.

 A. Application

1. To be eligible for services under this warranty (“Warranty Services”),

a. you must be the original purchaser of the Product; and,

b. you must purchase the Product from the Company’s authorized retailers in the Continental United States.

2. This warranty will be provided to the original purchaser of the retail Product. WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE to any subsequent purchaser of the Product. There is no warranty on Products purchased second hand of thereafter or from auctions sites.

3. Benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the Product that you are entitled to under the applicable laws.

B. Warranty Period

1. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of the Product. Warranty claims may only be filed after the product is no longer covered by the vendor’s warranty or return policy. You are required to provide the original invoice as proof of purchase as a condition of receiving the Warranty Services.

2. You will automatically enjoy the following Standard Warranty on Products, which you have purchased


  • ROBOSEN Flagship Products
  • ROBOSEN Elite Products
  • ROBOSEN Performance Products

Standard Warranty Period

  • 1 year from the date of purchase of the Product
  • 1 year from the date of purchase of the Product
  • 1 year from the date of purchase of the Product
  • However, you must register the product you wish to RMA prior to your request for an RMA approval.
3. In addition, we offer an extended warranty for purchase on selected ROBOSEN products. If you purchase an extended warranty and purchase the selected products in the continental United States as set out in the following table and register your purchase within 30 days from the date of your purchase, you will enjoy an Extended Warranty as follows:


  • ROBOSEN Flagship Products
  • ROBOSEN Elite Products

Extended Warranty Period

  • 2 years from the date of purchase of the Product (inclusive of the Standard Warranty period)
  • 2 years from the date of purchase of the Product (inclusive of the Standard Warranty period)

4. To be eligible for the Extended Warranty, you must be the original purchaser and register online within 30 days from the date of purchase. To register your product, please proceed to our register your product page.

5. Immediately after completion of the registration online, the Company will issue a confirmation, which will be sent to your designated email address. If you fail to receive the confirmation after submission of all the information required, you may check your status of registration by contacting supportusa@ROBOSEN.com. The Extended warranty will not be provided should you fail to complete your registration and supply all information required by the Company within the prescribed time.

6. Data collected from you from such registration will be used for specific purposes (i.e. provision of Warranty Services and Product promotion by the Company) only. It will not be used for unauthorized purposes and the Company will not disclose it to unauthorized person(s) without your prior consent.

C. Procedure for Obtaining Warranty Services

1. The RMA Request must be approved by ROBOSEN USA Customer Service prior to sending the Product to the Company. Please go to our RMA Request page to begin.

2. Once approved, instructions will be provided to send the defective product to ROBOSEN USA RMA Department or to a designated service center.

3. The product MUST be returned to ROBOSEN USA in the original factory configuration and condition. Product(s) sent in for RMA repair or replacement MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE OR RECEIPT. Any product NOT including a copy of this document will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

4. Shipping and handling costs of the Product to the Company will be at the customer’s expense and risk. This Warranty does not cover damages or losses caused during transit.

D. Warranty Services

1. There will be no refund for the Product purchased.

2. This warranty does not cover manuals and packaging.

3. The Company may at its discretion either;

a. repair defects of the Product at no charge; or
b. exchange the defective Product with a replacement product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original Product. If the defective Product is replaced, the defective Product will become the Company's property and will not be returned to you. The replacement Product will be your property.

4. Replacement of the Product or part/component of the Product will not extend or restart the warranty period.

E. Return of Repaired Product / Replacement Product by the Company

1. ROBOSEN USA will cover all return shipping to our US customers for the RMA replacement with free ground shipping through UPS in the United States.

2. The Company will not ship the repaired Product/replacement Product to a PO Box, a military address (APO, FPO, MPO, etc), or an address outside United States.
1. You must return the Product to the Company in its original factory configuration and condition.
2. No Warranty Services will be provided if
a. warranty seal is removed or damaged;
b. any serial, part, or model number sticker is tampered, defaced, or removed;
c. warranty period is expired;
3. This warranty does not cover any defect of, or damage to the Product which is caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or operation, lack of reasonable care, loss of parts, tampering, or attempted repair by a person not authorized by the Company. The Company will not be liable to cover defects of, or damage to the Product if damage, malfunction, or failure has arisen from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, aftermarket modifications, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges, and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of God, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the Product. Warranty will be voided if physical damage occurs to the PCB, chipset, or components caused by improper installation, damage during modification or installation of aftermarket attachment(s), or water or chemical damage of any kind.
4. This warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of the Product.
5. This warranty does not apply to Products purchased outside the Continental United States.
6. The Company is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the defective Product. The Company is also not liable for the loss of data caused by the defective Product or repair or replacement of the Product.
