Unable to wake up or control the robot by using voice commands.

The robot cannot be turned on.
Ensure the robot is fully charged; press and hold the power button until the robot finishes its prompt, then releases the power button.
The robot cannot be charged.
Make sure to use the original adapter. Plug the adapter into the robot and connect it to the power source. The adapter's red light should stay on while charging, and turn off when the robot's battery is fully charged.
The APP cannot find the robot.
Ensure the robot is turned on and not connected to other mobile phones. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone or tablet, and all permissions required by the APP are granted.
Charging time and operating time of the robot.
When the red light turns off, it indicates that the battery has reached the standard usage level. The charging time is approximately 55 minutes, and the operational time is around 55 minutes.
The robot reports that one of the joints is stuck.
Please restart the robot and ensure it is used on a smooth surface with low friction, and it's not obstructed by any obstacles.

i finally got Optimus Prime and love it. Family and friends think that it's a amazing. Only thing i was disappointed with was the customer service. First I did not get Optimus in 3 to 5 days like they said try 14 days. They basically blamed UPS which showed they made the label but did not give them the product. Second is customer service. It takes a min. of 2 days before they respond. That is for anything. If you ask them a question most of time the response is the same a blank statement to basically to copy and paste. you have to be very precise to get a real answer. Besides that i love the product.

I purchased my Optimus Prime 2 years ago, and since then it has died twice. The first time the battery went dead, the second time the circuit board just died. The customer service is terrible. They take 1-2 weeks to respond to each email you sen them. The robot itself is great, when it actually works.
Love this Robot. It's a amazing. I enjoy it so much with my son.
This is my first high value collectible item (I do collect LEGO but so far not at this price range). I must say there is no regret in getting this! This guy is just freaking awesome! Worth every penny spent! ππππ
